Hello everyone, in a attempt to play TF2 smoothly (and have the game look better) I decided to upgrade my pc.It is now a 3.2ghz (Dual core) processor, 512 Mb Video card 256-bit 3GDDR (Sapphire I have defragmented Team Fortress 2 game files both using Steam and GCFScape. I do not have my video card or processor overclocked. My notebook is set up on my desk in such a way that overheating is NOT an issue or possible cause of the stuttering issue. Disabling sound seems to resolve the issue, but is not an acceptable fix.

I've looked everywhere and have done countless google searches. I've check the steam powered forums and have tried everything recommended to get rid o Was playing tf2 yesterday, when all of a sudden I kept getting jerking, stuttering lag. As in I go forward 5 feet and get teleported back 4. My fps was in the 150-200 range and my ping was below 100ms, I genuinely have no clue why this is happening.
